What is the Subscription Renewal date?
Your subscription will renew on the 15th of each month. For example, if you purchase your subscription on July 10th - you'll receive the August box, which ships the last week of July. Your next renewal will be on August 15th for our September box, shipping the last week of August. You can cancel anytime up to the 14th of each month to avoid renewal charges.
How does Subscription Shipping work?
We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in the United States for all subscription products (Amazing Essentials is available for shipping to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia with shipping rates calculated at checkout)! We ship the last week of each month so that products arrive before the 1st of the following month. Please make sure your address is correct at check-out as Your Amazing World is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $10 will be charged to reship the package.
How Does Shipping Work for Non-Subscription Products?
We offer free shipping on all products within the United States! We also ship our Affirmation Cards to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia for an added charge, which is calculated at checkout. Non-subscription products ship within 2 business days order receipt.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We currently offer shipping to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia for our Affirmation Cards and our Amazing Essentials subscription. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
What is the Subscription Cutoff Date?
The cut-off date to order is the 24th of each month or until we sell out of that month's subscription product. We ship the last week of each month so that you'll have your products by the 1st of the month. For example, cutoff date to order August subscriptions is July 24th. If you order before our cutoff date for the month, but we are already sold out for the month, then you’ll be notified at check-out and given the opportunity to subscribe for the following month. You won’t be charged more than once before receiving your first product!
How do I reactivate my subscription?
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal account, or emailing us at email@example.com. Your card will automatically be charged upon reactivation of your subscription.
What is your refund policy?
We offer full refunds within 24 hours of placing your original order. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you can return your full package, in exchange for store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Simply email us (email@example.com) and ship back your box/essentials pack within 14 days of receiving it. Returns for store credit or refund are only accepted for packages in their original condition with nothing missing, damaged or used. We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, so please ensure everything is packaged securely when being returned. A return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted the refund or store credit.
What is your policy for damaged items?
We work hard to make sure everything is packed snuggly and safely, however sometimes accidents happen. If any of your products are damaged or defective, we will gladly send you a replacement. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what the problem is within 14 days of receipt. Please include photos of the outside of the package, the inside of the box, and the damaged item(s). We’ll take it from there and send you replacements. If the item that was damaged is no longer available, we’ll work with you to send an equivalent or issue a partial refund.
Whose expertise are your Life Tools based on?
Our Life Tools are designed based on the recommendations of Functional Medicine doctors like Dr. Mark Hyman, nutritionists, trainers, self-improvement gurus, and the best health and life coaches around. They incorporate what we’ve personally found to be effective in creating long-lasting change. We made sure they contain everything you need to create optimal holistic health, wellness and self improvement.
How much time should I spend using my Core Life Tools each day?
Each book (planner, journal and habit tracker) takes 10-15 minutes max per day. Once you’ve received all 3 books, it will take about 30-45 minutes max per day to work on them. If you commit to that, the payoff will be amazing.
